This on-demand self-paced course is a series of short and simple practices designed to support your everyday wellbeing, manage anxiety and stress and to cultivate easeful joyful living, currently for just £29 per year.

Each practice is a small sip of nourishment for your holistic health. And the sips add up, nourishing you day-by-day so that you discover supportive pathways of self understanding, strength, and resilience that lead to greater ease and confidence in engaging the challenges, stresses, and opportunities of everyday life. 

Each practice is described in a two minute video and has an accompanying worksheet.

Purchasing the course gives you access to more than 35 practices for 12 months with additional quarterly emails that offer tips, recorded meditations, and further helpful information.
