Working with chronic health conditions in CST clinical practice

Since the covid pandemic there is a growing body of research linking chronic health conditions with autonomic nervous system dysfunction. Conditions such as chronic fatigue syndrome, irritable bowel syndrome, Ehlers-Danlos syndromes, fibromyalgia and other autoimmune conditions are beginning to get the attention they deserve.

It has been long thought that craniosacral therapy is supportive for autonomic nervous system regulation, effecting both self and co-regulation. Based on the biodynamic principles of doing non-doing, non judgement, and compassionate witness, this workshop will explore how CST clinicians can work with chronic health conditions, examining the latest research as well as deepening into polyvagal-informed CST approaches for clinical practice.

This workshop is open to all craniosacral practitioners.
